September of 2000, with a grant from the James Irvine Foundation,
InterAct commissioned a nationally representative telephone
poll of 1,000 Americans, to explore their reactions to the
idea of an interactive citizens channel. The survey, conducted
by Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates of Washington, DC,
has a margin of error of + or - 3%. Full results available
